The ad and cover promise a very good story, almost gives you a feeling that it is about the rise to prominence of Shiva and how he is the God of Gods.

well it stops there .

It is an amateur attempt at book writing, and cannot be by any standards called a best seller. I wondered why i even bought this book. The author wants to make a point that the main lead is a kind of person who doesn’t know his own value, and is a born leader/awe-inspiring personality. What is believe is called short term memory loss, he keeps repeating this very point at least 398 number of times.

This kind of raising the hero up on a pedestal is understandable for building up the character, but this is HARROWING. I felt as if i was repeatedly being struck by a hammer.

Simple, unnecessary details have been explained in a great detail, to the point of questioning the reader intelligence. Modern systems such a proper ways of having a civilization have been assigned to as Ram Rajya, come-on …. that’s the least innovative one can ever get.

The characterization is inadequate, and the conversation style is childish. The book ends rather abruptly, leaving the reader felt cheated rather than making him/her wait for the next edition.

Definitely, going to the Raddi wala, and no way i am gonna buy the subsequent parts, that is if at all the author makes a mistake of writing one.

My friend came screaming into my room and said,

I LOST 2 HRS OF MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that’s what love aaj kal is … bakwaas.. bekaar and another example how a good movie can be fc**d up with skewed imagination.

The first half’s great ,.. i mean pep culture, cool dialogues sprinkled in between and Deepika looks gorgeous as ever. And then one begins to realize where is this movie heading .. !! Its inane, it gets out those 3 magical words from your mouth… “‘What The Hell” !!.

Hers what happens, and stop me if i am wrong. The hero-heroine, break up keeping their prospective glorious careers in mind.. OK .. fine .. And then being miles apart and still in touch, they find some one else to live with.

Ok they moved on. But the fact that deepika(Mira) gets married, right in front of Saif (Jai) is just un-digestible. I mean what was the director thinking. Why wasn’t anyone thinking, and then the poor husband of Mira(deepika) is left shocked cum “bakrafied” when his wife tells him that she still in love with Saif., right on the next day of the “marriage”. My heart goes out to him.. Poor chap .. always had the best intentions.

And our saif saheb , becomes big architect in USA, (one doesn’t understand why is he so anxious to work on an already built bridge). It takes the moron one whole year to realise that he cant live without Mira(deepika). And so he comes back to India and alls fine with the world. he gets the gal and the job. Wah wah..

Sorry .. i ain’t taking such crap. Right when i had the feeling that bollywood’s got a nice movie to offer, BANG and there goes the story.

Songs are fine, some of them misplaced or unnecessary i should say.

Conclusion: Watchable by Indian movie standards, but if your looking for a sensible second half .. FORGET IT !!!

This isn’t exactly an easter egg, because it’s actually documented in Microsoft’s knowledge base, but it’s one of those features that you just weren’t expecting so it still qualifies.

This should work in any version of Microsoft Word… Just open up a new document, and then type in =rand() into the document:

And then hit enter… voila! Three paragraphs of text will be instantly added…

You can add more than 3 paragraphs or more than 5 sentences per paragraph by using the following syntax

 =rand(paragraphs,sentences)

For instance, for 6 paragraphs of 20 sentences each, you would use:

 =rand(6,20)

Update

You can also use =lorem() instead of rand(), with the same syntax if you wanted to insert the Lorem Ipsum text instead of completely random text. Thanks to will in the comments for the update!

IF U SERIOUSLY DONT HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO .. GO AHEAD …. READ THIS POST …

Living in hostel, puts in its own vagaries in the behavioural trait that one develops. !!!! ..well i tried to start up with some hi-fi English post, but then u got a dictionary to do the job ain’t u .. why would u read my blog for it. !!!

whats in my mind .. hmm … i am thirsty .. my roomy doesn’t even notice my frantic calls to get me some water …that the water filter is far away and its sweltering hot in the top floor. Not that i expect it to work,, but yet water rounds the corner ain’t it. ..

And then begins the ever boring journey till the water filter, i wonder if the neighbouring wings water filter is closer or my wings water filter, and some son of Satan throws a bottle at me…GET ME SOME WATER TOO . he “requests”..

Dont know why, i aint a peeking tom .. i know that ,.. but still 20 rooms to cross and many people who are unknown to me .. and YET THE HEAD TURNS ..looking into each room as to see what that person is doing .. what do i keep expecting, and elephant, a genie, a GIRL(I live in a strictly boys hostel by the way) …no sane person will be doing any useful work in this heat .. and yet that unnecssary urge to peek into their rooms which are by the way always wide open…not to welcome strangers but to escape from getting cooked alive ..

And then comes the roaring/heat emanating water “cooler”… with moss at its sides and 25 empty rasna packets on it, it reminds me of hmm .. donno what … leave it…

and then the return journey, trying my best not to peek again … and yet it happens… The head turn !!!!!!!!!!!!:P
